Friday Oct 1: 7 CE hours Bus leaves The Inn on Lake Superior at 7:15 AM for the kennel program. 8-12 pm Sled dog kennel field trip (4 hours) – Jerry Vanek, MS, DVM, CCRT - moderator

fish) or Ginger-marinated Duck Breast on a bed of Wild Rice
(Minnesota's state grain) sauteed with dried cherries and
apricots. Included with the meal will be a Vegetable Medley,

(Breaks included) 12:00-1:30 Luncheon at Inn, General Membership Meeting 1:30-3:00 Canine and human intoxications to be aware of in sled dog medicine Justine Lee, DVM, DACVECC, Pet Poison Helpline 3:30-3:15 break 3:15-4:45 pm Updates on drug testing from the International Federation of Sled Dog Sports (IFSS) and the World Anti-Doping Authority (WADA) Ms. Sally Bair, Secretary General, IFSS Q&A Adjournment
